Pool Partee - 13th Dec '07

It all kinda started off with.. erm... who's idea was is again?
can't really remember right now. Anyways, initially it was a plan to make a Barbecue Party at Hadry's place. Sort of like a gathering of most of us ex form 5's whom we haven't seen in quite sometime. Mostly or basically meant for ex USJ 13 students. Then as usual, the bunch of us will be discussing about it through mamak, and finally came up with a date to plan for the day.

And so, a few of us - Daryll, me(Corey), Seth, - met up in Hadry's place to plan.
we came up with the main planning basically. Theme, food, transport, music and venue.
The invitation we sent was something like this :

You're invited 4 a PoolParty!
Date:13/12/07 (Thursday)
Time:6.30p.m-11p.m
Venue:Matahari Club hse (Kotakemuning)

Things to bring: PARTNER OF THE OPPOSITE SEX,extra clothes, finger food 4 guys, a bottle of fizzy drink 4 girls, ur sporting-ness, ur openess n ur fun side!

Things not 2 bring: PARTNER OF THE SAME SEX,your ego, your shy-ness n narrowminded-ness.

theme : Haiwaian Christmas!
Attire : Haiwaian style with the colours red, white, green or gold ONLY!(also either the santa hat, reindeer horns or elf ears)

Those who don't know the way can meet infront of SMK USJ 13 by 6.10p.m on the 13th. Someone will escort you. RSVP to Peng at (his number here) with your name, and your partner's name, confirmation of transport BY THE 11th, TUESDAY.



We sent the invitation to about approximately 30 people hoping to get about 50-60 people to go for the party. (LOL very high aims don't you think? :P)
Well i can tell you the truth... it was very very frustrating for me ESPECIALLY when most people didn't RSVP before the deadline. I know we were kind of last minute in the planning a little too so its kind of our faults too.. oh well. doesn't matter its over. :)

it was more of like a potluck for the organizers and just some little things others could bring because we didn't want to trouble our guests too much. :)
Only slightly above 20 people showed up. :(

Just wanna say thanks to those who were sporting, those who helped out : Daryll, Hadry, Denise, Leon, Shing Vee, Chern Khang, Seth, Suzzane and some others who i missed out.. i'm sorry. Thanks to everyone who came, i hope you guys enjoyed yourselves. :D Special thanks to Peter and Joe the cameramans.
