Pool Partee - 13th Dec '07

It all kinda started off with.. erm... who's idea was is again?
can't really remember right now. Anyways, initially it was a plan to make a Barbecue Party at Hadry's place. Sort of like a gathering of most of us ex form 5's whom we haven't seen in quite sometime. Mostly or basically meant for ex USJ 13 students. Then as usual, the bunch of us will be discussing about it through mamak, and finally came up with a date to plan for the day.

And so, a few of us - Daryll, me(Corey), Seth, - met up in Hadry's place to plan.
we came up with the main planning basically. Theme, food, transport, music and venue.
The invitation we sent was something like this :

You're invited 4 a PoolParty!
Date:13/12/07 (Thursday)
Time:6.30p.m-11p.m
Venue:Matahari Club hse (Kotakemuning)

Things to bring: PARTNER OF THE OPPOSITE SEX,extra clothes, finger food 4 guys, a bottle of fizzy drink 4 girls, ur sporting-ness, ur openess n ur fun side!

Things not 2 bring: PARTNER OF THE SAME SEX,your ego, your shy-ness n narrowminded-ness.

theme : Haiwaian Christmas!
Attire : Haiwaian style with the colours red, white, green or gold ONLY!(also either the santa hat, reindeer horns or elf ears)

Those who don't know the way can meet infront of SMK USJ 13 by 6.10p.m on the 13th. Someone will escort you. RSVP to Peng at (his number here) with your name, and your partner's name, confirmation of transport BY THE 11th, TUESDAY.



We sent the invitation to about approximately 30 people hoping to get about 50-60 people to go for the party. (LOL very high aims don't you think? :P)
Well i can tell you the truth... it was very very frustrating for me ESPECIALLY when most people didn't RSVP before the deadline. I know we were kind of last minute in the planning a little too so its kind of our faults too.. oh well. doesn't matter its over. :)

it was more of like a potluck for the organizers and just some little things others could bring because we didn't want to trouble our guests too much. :)
Only slightly above 20 people showed up. :(

Project #7 - Su Ann + Sam.

Our 7th project. Sorry it took so long to come up, technical problems with the pictures and such. Seth lost all this data from his computer because it was infected by a virus.
the AVG Virus. LOL. Be sure to download the right AVG from the official website, or you will be infected too.

Anyways,
Seth did manage to send me some of the photos.

You must be wondering why project #7 has two names.
Well, thats because its a couple tee shirt! :)
It was the first time we actually painted in MY house. well, for the first time my dad allowed it.
it was night, our working time as usual.

"The design is basically Two Swans, one on each tee - facing each other when put together - and will form a Heart shape in between its necks. Then on the girl's tee the guys name will be painted on and for the guy's tee vice versa."


Here's how we did it...

Project #6 - Saw Wen (Seth's Sis)

Seth's sister asked her younger brother to tell the Munkie5 that she wants a custom tee for herself. She makes cupcakes and sells them just like how we sell our tees! Cool ain't it?

"Stressed spelled backwards is Desserts".
Like it? Sounds nice.. so we did it for her.
And added a little spice to it as well..

Well, what can i say about this..
its the FIRST COLLARED Tee we painted. :)
Its nice pink.. - We got Mandy our friend to help us look for it.
